Need to replace both fenders on my 1993 bass tracker trailer. 13 inch wheels. Would also like steps. What fender do I need.

I have attached a link to our trailer fender product page you can check out.
We have fenders with the step on top of the fender like part # F008543 in white or part # F008553 in black.
We also have fenders that are white with top and side steps like part # PF11X35W-2 for single axle trailers. This includes 2 fenders with mounting brackets.
For black fenders with top and side steps I recommend part # CE19503-2.
I also recommend the mounting brackets, part # CE26098G-2 to attach the fenders when mounting hardware is not included.
