How do you figure out how tight to make the hold down clamps? Thanks!

There isn't a set torque figure or anything for tightening down the clamps of the Yakima cargo boxes like the Skybox NX 16 part # Y95AV that you mentioned.
Basically you just want to torque them down to hand tight.
