will this hitch Draw Tite # 41932 fit with the full size spare tire on my 2003 Cheverolet Silverado 1500?

Yes, the design of the Draw-Tite hitch # 41932 is cut to fit around the factory spare tire, so it would be a good fit for your 2003 Silverado 1500.
If you have switched out the factory spare, you may run into issues, however, if the spare you currently have installed is far larger than the factory-issued tire. I would recommend checking the spare tire location against the hitch mounting area, if this is the case.
As a reference point, the hitch mounting holes that are closest to the rear of the vehicle frame will have existing bolts and weld nuts installed. These holes would sit slightly behind where the cross tube for the hitch would run from side to side. If your spare tire comes out past these rear holes, it would most likely interfere with the hitch installation.
