Will this work for a BWRVK3600 to go in a 2012 GMC 3500?

I have a few hitches that will fit on your 2012 GMC 3500 but the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch # BWRVK3600 will not fit on your truck as it is built to fit OEM 5th Wheel Prep Package for Dodge Ram Trucks. It sounds like you have a B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Hitch because you were interested in Demco Adapter Bars # DM6140.

If you do have a Turnoverball Gooseneck Hitch, I recommend the B&W Companion Gooseneck to 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3500. This hitch does not need adapter bars as it will fit right on your Turnover Gooseneck hitch. This hitch has a GTW of 20,000 lbs. and vertical load limit of 5,000 lbs.

If you are not interested in using this B&W hitch, the Demco Adapter Bars # DM6140 you were looking at will fit with any standard 5th wheel hitch made for above-the-bed rails. I recommend the Reese Select Plus 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # RP30928 for your truck. This hitch will work with your 2012 GMC Sierra and work with the Demco Adapter Bars.
