Hitch Cargo Carrier with Highest Rise in Shank

Question:

I am in the need of a cargo carrier to carry a large cooler on the front of my 2013 Chevy Avalanche. I will be purchasing the Curt 2inch front hitch, and want a cargo carrier that will offer the most lift. From what I can see, the front hitch will be rather low, below the bumper, and I plan on driving it on the beach pulling a trailer. My main need it a raised carrier. It does not need to fold. Which carrier offers the most rise in the height of the carrier above the hitch sleeve?

The Cargo Carrier, part # C18152, has a rise of 2-1/2 inches which is the highest we offer.

It's narrower width at 20 inches and ability to be adjusted closer to the pin hole would give it an advantage over the other carriers as well in terms of ground clearance.
