Will the Trailer Hub AKIHUB-655-35-K Fit a 3,500 lb Dexter Axle

Question:
Will these work on a dexter cambered 3500# axle? It has the 5 on 5 hubs on it now. Trying to get all my trailers on the same bolt pattern.
