Can Stabilizer Jacks for RVs Also Lift Trailers

Question:
some specs on campers list leveling jacks and stabilizer jacks I understand that stabilizing means just keeping it from moving and leveling in my mind would be lifting until level. what is the deciding factor on whether the jacks would be stabilizing or leveling jacks and could there be both on a camper?

Typically stabilizer jacks and leveling jacks are the same thing. The Ultra Fab part # UF39-941705 can do both as well. It can lift up to 30 inches from where the jacks are mounted on the trailer. When the jacks are at their max height they have a capacity of 6,000 lbs and when they are at half height (15 inches) they have a 3,000 lb capacity.
You should note that these jacks aren't designed to lift the tires off of the ground. Their capacity is for the weight of the trailer, but not for lifting the trailer off the ground.
I attached a review video for these jacks for you to check out as well.
