Question:
What size is the slotted socket to raise and lower it? I want to buy one for my impact drill.

I contact Ultra-fab and since the socket on the Ultra-Fab Power Twin II Manual Stabilizer for Trailers and RVs part # UF39-941704 is not a standard hex socket head there is not a way to raise and lower the stabilizer with a power drill. The socket on the stabilizer requires the rod to be inside the socket for it to turn. It is not the same hex head that you would find on an ultra-fab scissor jack like part # UF48-979006.
The manual crank can be a lot of work which is why I recommend to use the same Ultra-Fab Power Twin Stabilizer part # UF39-941705 with dual motors for a faster and more convenient experience. I understand this option is more expensive but it is a lot easier to use.
