Yes, the Reese Elite (also called Signature Series) 5th wheel hitches are compatible with the Ford under-bed rail installation kit # RP30073. This kit is a correct fit for your 2009 Ford Super Duty long-bed pickup. An installation video is linked for you.
If you also need a 5th wheel wiring harness for the truck bed you can use part # PK11893-11932 from Pollak, which simply plugs in at your bumper-mounted trailer socket to give you a second 7-way in the bed. Both connectors remain active.
