Will an Ultra Fab Landing Gear fit a Trailer that has an Atwood Set Currently Installed

are the tabs for a atwood landing gear not in the correct spots to mount the ultra fab without having to weld new ones in?

Ultra Fab landing gear like the # UF17-943010 use a larger dimension for the mounting tabs than the Atwood. Lippert, Venture, and Atwood landing gear, as well as those from a few other manufacturers use 17-1/2 inches but Ultra Fab uses 20-1/4.
