Thank you for the photo of your trailer idler hub and for the details about its bearings. New hubs must use the very same bearing set in order to fit on your spindles. All 6-on-5-1/2-inch idler hubs we offer are shown on the linked page.

Timken bearing 15118 does indeed have an inner bore of 1.189-inches but we offer no bearing with this same bore dimension. Bearing 09074 has a 0.75-inch inner bore and we offer one bearing with this same inner dimension, part # LM11949, which is commonly found on agricultural hubs.

Given the condition of the hubs (and I presume possibly of the axle too?) I think you might be better off replacing the entire axle. This will not only give you a system in all-new condition, but it will also make it easier to find replacement parts next time your bearings need changing. This also gives you the opportunity to change wheels to ones with a more commonly available bolt pattern like 5-on-4-1/2.

For example, Dexter kit # 35545I-EZ-89 is a 3500-lb-rated 89-inch axle with 74-inch spring centers. It includes the axle beam, 5-on-4-1/2 idler hubs, bearings, races, seals - even lug nuts and wheel bearing grease. All such axle/idler hub kits are shown on the link provided; these carry weight ratings of 1800-, 2000- or 3500-lbs.
