What Circuit Does Black Wire of PK11893-11932 Carry

yes sir, I am new to all of this. I have a 2016 Chevy 2500 HD that I am setting up to haul my brothers fifth wheel. I need to know what the black wire is for I assume it is the power lead for the battery in the trailer is this correct. If it is what amperage is the wire. Thanks

The black wire of the # PK11893-11932 does carry the 12 volt power circuit. This circuit is a 12 gauge wire. The standard amperage rating for 12 gauge wire is 41 amps typically, but this harness has a 30 amp rating.

The 12 volt power wire in the Pollak 5th Wheel / Gooseneck T-Connector #PK11893-11932 is 10 gauge. The ground is 8 gauge. The Brake output wire is 10 gauge. All others are 12 gauge.
