i HAVE A SHELBY WENCH 5408b... MAXIMUM RATLED LINE PULL IS 1900LBS.how strong of a wench strap do I need to reaplce the orginal one.... the orginal one was 12 ft long...

It is recommended that winches with a capacity of 2,600 pounds use a strap with a rating of 150 percent of the weight of the winch.
The replacement strap I recommend is the 12 foot Long Personal Water Craft Trailer Winch Strap with Safety Hook by Dutton-Lainson, part # DL24291, to use with your Shelby Winch 5408b. This strap will replace your winch strap and the hook has a tensile strength of 3,750 pounds well over 150 percent of the 1,900 pounds your winch is rated to hold.
