The Roadmaster InvisiBrake Supplemental Braking System # RM-8700 will work well for your 2016 Subaru Forester, and it has been confirmed to fit all models of the Forester. I spoke with my contact at Roadmaster and confirmed the InvisiBrake is compatible with the braking system in your Forester.

The Roadmaster Tail Light Wiring Kit with Bulbs # RM-155 is a great choice for towed vehicle lighting on your 2016 Forester. This kit helps protect your vehicle's lighting since it bypasses the Forester's lights. The bulb and socket kit will connect to the trailer socket on your motor home to activate tow lights for your Forester. This light kit and the InvisiBrake are both manufactured by Roadmaster and will work well together.

Other components needed to flat tow your Forester are base plates, a tow bar, and safety cables.
