Replacement Control Module Recommendation for a Lippert Coach Step on a Motorhome

Question:

Hi, I am trying to find out if Replacement Control Module for Lippert Electric Coach Step part # LC 301702 is the correct replacement part. I have a Coach Step Inc on a 2005 Monaco motorhome. The last digit of the part number on the original module has worn off. What you can still read is 165646. Your part looks the same although there seems to be an additional ground wire. Will you r part be plug and play or will I have to modify the wiring? Thanks

The Coach Step brand is made by Lippert and is what the part # LC301702 is designed to fit.

I couldn't find any information on the part number you gave, but this should work fine. You would just need to ground the extra ground strap.
