What is the recommend lug nut torque on the Provider St175/80r13 Radial Tire W/ 13 Silver Pvd Mod Wheel, with stainless steel coned nuts.

I attached a chart that has the lug nut torque specs for trailer wheels. You will notice that there is more information required to give you the spec for your application. The stud size is needed to know what the recommended torque is. The most common stud size is 1/2 inch so most likely the spec of 75-85 ft lbs of torque would be the right one to use.
