I am looking for an adapter that converts the tow vehicles 5-way round round connector into a 5-way flat pin connector, similar to A75TB and A57WB The 5-pole round connector would be like this: PK11501 Thank you

We don't have an already assembled adapter for what you are looking for, but you can pretty easily make one with components that we sell.
For the 5-way round for your tow vehicle you would want the part # PK11501, for jacketed wire you would want the part # DW04906-1 which is sold by the foot. This is 6 wires so you would just not need to use one wire. We don't have 5 wires jacketed. Then for a 5-way flat connector that would connect to the 5-way on your trailer you would want the part # HM47900.
