The Yakima HitchSki Snowboard and Ski Carrier # Y02418 that you referenced is just an adapter that will install on a Yakima hanging bike rack to allow it to carry skis/snowboards. You would first need a bike rack made by Yakima to use this.
For a bike rack that will clear the back of your spare and will work with the # Y02418 you would want the Yakima RidgeBack part # Y02458. This has 11-1/2 inches from the center of the hitch pin to the back of the mast of the rack so it has plenty of clearance for you spare.
You would also want to measure from the center of the hitch pin hole out to the furthest point out on the rear spare tire. If that distance is less than 11-1/2 inches the RidgeBack would fit.
