Please provide the part number for a 4 wire flat mounting bracket. I recently installed a Blue Ox permanent baseplate BW88207.

I can help you get a mounting bracket on your Blue Ox baseplate for your 4 pole wiring harness.
If your baseplate came with the bracket mounting prongs, then you will want to get # RM-A003801.
If your baseplate did not come with this bracket then I recommend the Tow Ready # 18144 with the # 18140. You may need longer extension plate like # C57202 to allow the harness to stick far enough from the base plate. The brackets will attach with an included hose clamp.
I've linked a video of the Tow Ready bracket being installed on a hitch for you to see how it will similarly mount to the baseplate.
