I see the light harness behind the lights in the back behind the speakers. Is this what i am plugging into?

Expert Reply:
Directly behind the tail lights on a 1996 Chevy full size van is where you would plug in the trailer wiring harness # C55338. There should be connectors that will mate with the ones in the wiring harness. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you.
On a conversion van, accessing the tail lights could be a little trickier than on regular models but it all depends on how the conversion van is equipped.
