The brackets included in the Fulton # F500286 Replacement Jack Mounting Hardware measure 6-5/16 inches long by 1-5/16 inches long. The hole spacing between the closer holes is 1 inch, the spacing between the group of 4 holes and the further away hole is 2-5/16 inches. The hole diameter is .41 of an inch, just a bit larger than 7/16 of an inch.
I've provided a diagram showing these dimensions.
