Will the Brophy stake pocket tie downs be safe to use on an 11 1/2 camper?

The Brophy tie downs part # TDSF that you referenced are rated for use with any camper that is properly sized for the truck it will be installed in.
The Brophy # TDSF mounts into the truck bed stake pocket, where as the Brophy # HSSF tie downs wrap around the bed, not in the stake pockets, and are mounted inside the bed.
Also, Brophy # HSSF will work in trucks with spray-in bed liners. If your truck has a drop-in bed liner, it will need to be trimmed or removed to use part # HSSF.
Since your camper has a total length of more than 8 feet, you will need to use Brophy # HSSF.
For either kit you will want to use the Brophy Camper Tie Down Hardware Kit, part # TDHP. This hardware kit will be used to attach the camper to the tie downs.
