Do you have instructions on how to remove the inner arm to clean and lubricant it?

I attached a set of pictures that detail how to remove and reinstall the inner arms of your Roadmaster Sterling # RM-576.
When I spoke to my contact at Roadmaster about a similar cleaning question he recommended that once you get the arm out you will want to clean it like you never want to clean it again. Next, you will want to reassemble it and lube with silicone.
