The Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System # EQ37100ET fits 2-inch hitches so you can use one of the 2-inch hitch locks shown on the linked page. The etrailer.com # e98880 is a flush design that keeps the center span of the pin inside the receiver - making it tougher for a would-be thief to get to. Part # e98881 is a extra-long type that fits both 2-inch and 2-1/2-inch hitches.
For maximum security I suggest a tubular key lock such as the Blue Ox # BX8858 which is harder to pick than a standard key type lock. A video on this item is linked for you.
