I have a Pro Series weight distribution hitch with Reese shank 54998. I need a shank with a 4inch drop. Will the Castaway E2 shank FA92-02-4214 work with this set up?

Yes, the Fastway Weight Distribution Shank part # FA92-02-4214 that you referenced will work with Reese weight distribution heads. Most systems (including this one), use 3/4 inch holes that are 1-1/4 inches apart so they can be used on various different setups.
