If you haven't done a lot of towing with your trailer, it seems the tires you had wore out much too soon. If the tires wore out on the inside, it is almost always due to excessive weight on the trailer. Be sure to check the trailer capacity and stay within the trailer limits. The capacity is set by the axle and other components on the trailer.
I recommend checking with the dealer you got the trailer from to see what wheels were placed on the trailer, because trailer wheel capacities can vary based on the material they are made of. I also recommend radial tires that are designed for trailers because trailer tires have stronger sidewalls for strength.
If you decide you want to replace the tires, wheels or both, let me know the size and weight capacity of your axle and trailer and I will be glad to make some recommendations for you.
