What are the Overall Measurements of 4-Slot Horizontal E-Track - Zinc Plated Steel

Question:
What is the outside dimensions and depth? I am considering recessing a number of these into my trailer deck.

I went out to the warehouse and pulled a 4-Slot Horizontal E-Track # ET4S to measure it for you. The overall length is 7-1/8 inches. The overall width is 4-3/8 inches. And the overall height is approximately 1/2 inch. I included a picture showing these measurements for you.
