Question:
I just leased a 2015 Ram 1500 4x4 and went to hook up my brake controller that I got from etrailer approximately 18 months ago and much to my surprise there was no connection for the connection at the brake pedal. I did locate what I believe is the other connection under the console area. My controller is a Curt Tri-flex, CME-T32978. Is this controller compatible and what wiring harness would I need to make it work. This controller isnt even 2 years old as my other vehicle was leased and the lease expired.

Helpful Expert Reply:
You would just need Wiring Adapter, # C51438, in order to install Curt Tri-flex Brake Controller in your 2015 Ram 1500. One end plugs into the controller and the other end plugs into the factory port on the truck. This port is located underneath the dash, to the left of the steering column, and it is taped to another harness near the emergency brake pedal.
