What is the Inside Frame Measurement on Lippert Inner and Outer Entry Door Window Frame with Seal

Question:
It says the measurements are 12X21. Is that the outside or inside dimensions of the frame? I measured my current frame whats left of it anyway.... and its 12X21 on the inside of the frame. Im hoping this is a match.

The Lippert entry door window frame with seal # LC363369 measure 12 x 21 inches on the inside. The overall dimensions are 15-3/4 x 25 inches. I included a picture showing the measurements. The picture is on the black version but its the same for the white one.

It is never mentioned but what is the corner radius of the lipped entry door window? Isn't this an important measurment? Is there an industry standard? Is it 2.5 or 3.5 in,ches?
