Question:
I have a 2015 Toyota Highlander. Is a Curt C13200 and Thule TH934XTR the correct system for a hitch and bike rack for this car? If not, what is a workable solution. Would you recommend a different system?

We have two Class III hitches offered for your 2015 Highlander, the Curt # C13200, and the etrailer # DT65MR
These hitches share the same weight capacities, would install in the same manner, and would look just about exactly alike. Any of the three hitches would work very well for you, but since you'd be using it for hitch mounted accessories, I'd recommend the etrailer, # DT65MR. The etrailer model is a tiny bit less expensive, but Curt's warranty requirements stipulate that a stabilizing strap like # 18050 be used for non-trailer loads. Since the Highlander has the spoiler at the top of the hatch lid, there's not a good place to attach the strap to the vehicle which is why I wouldn't recommend it in this case.
The Thule Hitching Post 4 Bike Rack, part # TH934XTR, is one of the better racks we offer and highly recommended. This rack includes anti-sway cradles that prevent not only sway, but also front-to-back movement and bike-to-bike contact, and folding dual arms that will allow you to fold down the arms when the rack is not being used. I am including a link to a video review on the Thule Hitching Post bike rack on Highlander.
For any of the hitch hanging bike racks, if you will be carrying women's, children's, or alternative frame bikes that do not have the horizontal bar that runs from the seat post to the handlebar post, I recommend using the Thule Bike Adapter Bar, part # TH982XT, in order to carry the bikes more level. I have included a link to a video showing how it works.
