The rungs on the Stallion Loading Ramp Set # 288-07489 that you referenced have 3" gaps between them as you can see in the attached photo. My contact at Stallion confirmed this. Recommended Ramps for Loading a Snow Blower
Something like the Erickson folding ramps, part # EM07464-2 would work much better for you, as it would be much easier to push a snow blower up the heavy duty grating that makes up the ramp surface. As long as there is a decent ledge at the rear of your 2003 Chevy Express Van when the rear door is open the ramps part # EM07464-2 that you referenced would not slide or move while pushing up your pressure washer that is on wheels. We do offer ramps that are 11-inches wide but the length is quite a lot longer than the 58-inches you said your ramp is. I recommend a ramp like part # EM07464-2. these ramps fold and are 80-inches long and 11-inches wide. As far as the replacement hinge, I recommend a hinge like part # SH200. This is a 2-inch wide continuous hinge. The hinge is 6-ft long so you will need to cut it to the correct length you need.
