I need more info. on your spacer kit RP61301. Can you tell me thickness of plates and the hole configuration, please? Thanks

I went out into our warehouse and grabbed a part # RP61301 to get the dimensions of the holes on it. I attached a picture that shows all of the hole dimensions.
The plates are each 1/4 inch thick.
