Horse Trailer Spare Tire Carrier Recommendation

Question:
Have a horse trailer that has no space for a frame spare tire mount. Old trailer has a steel bracket similar to a stake holder bracket that tire is mounted to outside of horse trailer. Looking for something similar that can mount to outside of trailer, above fender and can be locked. What do you recommend?

It sounds like you are looking for something like the Spare Tire Carrier # 413200 as it fits what you described very closely.
For a lock you would want the part # FSTL0603.
