I do not want rails will this hitch work on my 2015 2500 ram truck , I also have air bags my thinking is this is the way to go

If you had the OEM hitch prep package in the bed of your 2015 Ram 2500 (there would be 4 pucks for the hitch to install into in the bed of the truck), then yes the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch for Ram Towing Prep Package # BWRVK3600 that you referenced would fit your truck. But it doesn't look like you have the hitch prep package based on the vehicle info you ran through our fitguide.
If you do not have the factory rail kit you would first need to start with the Custom Underbed Installation Kit # BWGNRK1384-5W and then you could install the Companion Slider Hitch part # BWRVK3400-5W in the bed of your truck. Since you have a short bed truck you would need a slider hitch like this to make sharp turns.
This setup would be compatible with an air bag kit like the part # F2706 that has also been confirmed to fit your truck.
