The DeeZee Red Label 5th Wheel Toolbox # DZ8560WB that you referenced is designed to fit MOST trucks with fifth wheel hitches, but to be certain you can compare the dimensions of this box to the bed of your truck to see if it would fit without interference.
This box is 60" long x 24" wide x 18-1/8" tall. I attached a review video for you to check out as well.
