How Much Space Is there Under the Cannister On the Pace Edwards UltraGroove Tonneau Cover

Question:

how much space is left in the bed after installation? I do see the canister is 12 inches tall. The cargo box height on my 2024 GMC 3500 HD DRW is 21 inches. Does it mean after installation I will have 9 inches left under the canister?

Yes that is correct, Eugene. Since the canister sits flush with the bed rails, you'd effectively have 9" under the canister.

Thank you for your reply. Are you aware of any 100-gallon ( or close) aluminum transfer tanks that will "work" nicely with that cover ?

@Eugene I do not, Eugene. The problem you're going to run into is that most if not all of our 100 gallon tanks like # DZ91753X are going to be 20 plus inches tall which is going to be too tall.
