The best way to make sure you get the correct replacement bearings, races, and seals on your 2000 coleman Pop-up is to find the numbers stamped onto the metal of the inner and outer bearings that are currently on the trailer. With those you will be able to find the correct replacement bearings, races, and seals from the attached product page.
If you are unable to find the numbers you will need to measure the spindle of your trailer with a digital or dial caliper to get the diameter of it where the seal, inner, and outer bearings ride as the attached drawing shows. I have also attached a link to a video on inspecting trailer bearings that should help you when removing the old bearings.
