Im looking for the complete locking mechanism for Sportrack Aero XL roof carrier.

Thank you for providing a photo of your SportRack Aero XL cargo box for which you are looking for a complete replacement lock assembly. I shared the photo with my contact at Thule (parent company of SportRack) and unfortunately they do not have a replacement lock. The original mechanism was, according to my contact, riveted in place and there is no user-replaceable part.
However, you can still add a lock to the box with a little bit of creative modification. You will need to drill new holes in the box (and seal up any others that will no longer be used with silicone caulk such as # LT37467). You can then install a simple lock hasp such as # 720DPF and use a padlock like # 131D.
