I need an a open acorn nut that will fit a 5/8 stud but I need the hex of the lug nut to be 13/16..

The closest open acorn nut we offer we offer to what you want is the part # X1148. This nut will fit a 5/8 inch stud except it is designed to be tightened with a 15/16 inch wrench.
