Can i mount this passenger side light on both sides of my trailer? I dont need the license plate light.

You can use the Optronics LED 5-function passenger side tail light # STL008RB on the drivers side but you will want to install it upside down because of the side marker light. But because of the designs of the lenses, if the light is installed upside down, it could affect how the light looks, therefore the visibility of the light.
For a nominal cost though, you could get the Optronics LED 5-function drivers side tail light # STL009RB.
