How much deflection is allowed for at rated spring capacity. Or: rated capacity = how much capacity?

Typical spring deflection is up to 1-1/2 inches when at capacity.

So the # e46SR that you referenced should see right at 1-1/2 inches of deflection when it has 3,000 lbs on it. I attached a review video for this spring as well.

How much deflection will I get on a 3500lb trailer springs from empty to when maximum load at 3500 trailer is about 600lbs also how much clearance will I need for fenders above tires

@Glenn That's hard to say with any certainty but I would assume not very much at all. Most of the time 4.5 inches is minimum clearance needed between top of tire and fender.
