Will Plow Mounts Interfere with Install of Curt # 31604 Front Receiver on 1998 Dodge Ram 2500 Truck

Question:

Can this hitch receiver go on a truck with snowplow mounts , without interfering with hooking up the plow.

If you look at the diagram from the installation instructions I've provided for you, you'll be able to see that the flanges of the front mounted receiver attach to the sides of the frame members, and the crossbar of the hitch will sit under the frame.

I don't have any information about the plow set-up you're using, or how it installs to the vehicle, so I cannot say if there will be any interference, but you should be able to compare the way the hitch attaches to the plow mounts, and determine if the mounts would interfere with the hitch installation.
