Difference Between the Stake Pocket Tie-Down Anchor # WFSPDR and # T355

I have links to two stake pocket tie downs. One is a 5,000 lb T355 and the other is 4,000 lb WFSPDR Why is the 4,000 pound model much more in cost? And, will both work with the weld on stake pocket listed? HW03-080 Thank you

The Stake Pocket Tie-Down Anchor # WFSPDR and the Stake Pocket Tie-Down Anchor # T355 are made by different companies who use different manufacturing techniques so their prices are different. The higher rated one would be the one I would go with since it costs less.
Both would work just fine with the # HW03-080.
