Question:
I have a Dexter Predator DX2 brake controller that I used in my 2002 Ford F-150. It fit in a compartment on the dash so I didnt need the mounting bracket and hardware. Now, I need to install it in my 1994 Chevrolet Silverado and need the mounting bracket and hardware. It has been several years since I purchased the controller and I have no idea where the bracket and hardware are located. Can I purchase the mounting bracket, hardware, and instruction sheet without buying the whole controller? Dexter told me that I would have to purchase it from a distributor. Can you help me with this?

You should be able to use bracket # 2178. I have included a picture showing the measurements for you. I was able to read the instructions for the controller from the Dexter site but I can send you a copy in a separate email.
