Perfect replacement
Ordered electric jack. Received the first one and it was damaged. I called the company they sent out a new one that day and also sent me a return shipping label to return the damaged one. I received the replacement very quickly and already installed it and it works great. I am very happy with the service and products from etrailer and would recommend them to anyone.
The tongue jack to replaced by Lippert to work with the Lippert leveling system. It worked very well but the package was damaged but luckily the jack was not affected. If not for the package, I would give it 4 to 5 stars rating.
The product was simple to install and works very well. Lauren was very responsive in helping to resolve a minor issue.
The power jack works great. A little slow but when you Re hooking on or off you should not be in a hurry, thats tje reason why I had to buy a new one. Anyways it works great with my lipperr auto leveling system, the jack was the exact replacement.

The product is working great
First one DOA and bad packaging, called got replacement within 3days packaging it rt way. Works humm like bird.
Easy install. Took 10 minutes. But, sold the RV.
Product installed and works great. It was a return item, because it has thread lock on the inside of the controls. Doesn't bother me, but maybe double check.
It took 15 minutes to install. Great plug and play.

A year later no issues at all. We use our toyhauler often with lots of remote camping. It’s worth to spend the money to get quality.
Exactly what was needed after trailer slipped off the block and bent the shaft. Easy replacement.
Was miss quoted on delivery time took 2 weeks to get the jack but works like the old one even a bit quieter than damaged one. I would still use etrailer again for future parts.

I have a lippert ground control TT leveling system on my travel trailer and the electric tongue jack stopped functioning. This replacement part was the exact part that I needed to get back up and running again. It was simple and easy to install. 3- bolts to remove the jack, 1- "red" power wire to disconnect and 2- quick disconnect wire fittings to separate and the jack came right off. Attaching the new replacement jack was just as easy as removing the old one.
etrailer was the only place I could find this particular tongue jack and they had it for a fair price. It took a couple weeks before they were able to ship it, but it arrived in a few days once it was on its way. My only complaint is that the jack was not packed well. The box should have been reinforced at the foot end of the jack and I would have wrapped the head with some padding. The foot end broke out of the box and then the jack bounced around in the box for the rest of the journey. Fortunately there was no major damage done.

This tongue jack is still doing its job after a busy year of use.
Happy with jack, disappointed with it not coming with manual crank handle like most replacement Lippert jacks.
I'm pleased with the replacement tongue jack for my Lippert leveling system. Our travel trailer weighs 10K lbs., and our truck weighs 8500 lbs., and the jack was getting weak when asked to lift that kind of weight to help "set" the tension on our equalizing trunnion bars. The new one is noticeably quieter, as well. The free shipping was nice, and delivery was on time!

After 1 year of service, we are well pleased with the Lippert replacement tongue jack for our 2020 Rockwood 8328. To its credit, the original Lippert jack gave us plenty of warning that it was getting tired of handling the load of raising the combined 18,500-lb. weight of our trailer and truck to tension our equalizing trunnion bars, without leaving us to handle the job by muscle power. The replacement jack is NOT cheap, but it is built specifically to coordinate with and be controlled by our computerized, factory-installed Lippert Ground Control self-leveling system. We havent regretted spending the money to replace the original jack before it entirely quit. Our rig asks a lot from our tongue jack, and the Lippert replacement jack is handling the job with no complaints so far.
