Does Lippert Jack LC421366 Need to be Replaced if Gears Stopped Working

Question:
The gears inside of my tongue jack have failed and I would like to inquire about purchasing the parts instead of the whole assembly if possible. My trailer is equipped with a smart leveling system.

I checked with Lippert, the manufacturer, and the Replacement Tongue Jack for Lippert Ground Control TT Leveling System # LC421366 does not have replacement gears available. So if the gears are stripped and not working, that does mean you would need to get a new jack.
