Michael: Hi, there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a quick look at the Lippert Replacement Slide Gear Motor Assembly. This is going to replace the Slide Gear Motor Assembly for your Power Gear Slide-Out. Specifically, it is going to replace that 421292 Slide Gear Motor Assembly. So if you have that on your Slide-Out, this is going to be the exact replacement that you need.
You can see written on the label there, this is a 387738. So if you see that label on your current motor, you can trust that this is going to be the exact replacement that you need. We do have a red and black wire we can tie in. And to replace, this should be pretty straightforward and easy to do.Basically, you just have to make sure you turn off all the power that's going to it before you disconnect anything. Disconnect the telescoping arms.
You should be able to just slide them away. And then take this off the mounting wall where it's located. Take the original off, and then put this back in its place. Do your wiring, your telescoping arms, and everything should be operational again for you. So if you're having some problems with that Power Gear Slide-Out, you might be hearing some noises like the gears are slipping or something like that, this is going to get you back to being able to operate that Slide-Out so you can enjoy your RV again.

Replaces the slide gear motor assembly for your Power Gear slide out.After checking several potential replacement motors for my trailer slideout, this seemed to be the correct and best choice. I had several questions and customer service was able to answer most. I ordered the motor with and estimated arrival date of July 6th. The motor shipped the same day I ordered it and arrived on the expected date. I installed it this morning. The fit was perfect and the slideout works as expected. Even though the motor was expensive, your price was about $xx less than [online store].
