This heavy-duty coupler lock obstructs access to your trailer coupler to prevent would-be thieves from hitching your trailer to their tow vehicle and driving off with your gear.
Durable Construction
The lock is constructed of extruded, tempered aluminum, making it strong and durable. The lock housing features a double nickel chrome finish, and the shuttered keyhole protects the inside of the lock from the elements. Complete with a yellow powder coat finish, this high-visibility coupler lock is both sturdy and rust resistant. And the bright color provides additional theft deterrent.
Quick, Simple Operation
To install this lock on your coupler, insert the key and rotate it to release the locking pin. Slide the lock body onto the flat lip of your trailer coupler. Push the locking pin into the hitch ball socket to engage, rotate the key back to lock the pin in place, and remove the key.

This lock is a little too wide 4.50 on a 3.5 tongue . I,m going to install 2 pins 7/16” wide into the sides.

Bought for my travel trailer. Unfortunately our hitch is “stubby” with a “ramp” piece to help guide the ball into the hole better which prevents the lock from sliding far enough on & lock. Decided to keep for use on jetski trailer instead of returning.

Great looking product. Works as advertised. I think most would-be trailer thieves would keep moving when they notice this lock. However, if the bad guy was motivated and prepared, I don't think this product would put up too big of a fight against a heavy prybar (I don't think a flat prybar would get this off, but a big long round bar prybar/crowbar definitely would). This is good security, not high security.

Does the job by acting as a good deterrent from a "drive by snatch and gab thief". A determined thief could eventually beat it off with a sledgehammer. The bold yellow color would ward a thief to another unprotected trailer.

This is an excellent coupler lock. I have tried several other similar locks and this on is the best yet. It is solidly built and will certainly deter theft.

Ordered two keyed alike, if anyone has multiple trailers this is the way to go with one key fits all. I ordered two so I would have one for my toy hauler and gave one to my son for his travel trailer. We don’t need to worry about having keys available if one of us needs to move the others with this application. The lock fits great and seems like a secure lock to deter anyone with ill ideas.

To be honest any lock will be a deterrent for a theft of opportunity however if the thief is determined enough it can still be defeated. No lock will be 100 percent theft proof.

I like that this fits tight on the receiver and can’t easily be cut off. With enough effort this can probably be pried off but it will definitely slow down a thief.
