Yes, a coupler lock can be used on the Titan Zinc-Plated Straight-Tongue Coupler # T4853100.
If you want to secure the trailer when it is not hitched, you can use the etrailer.com Coupler Lock # e98894 or the similar # e98895. Both of these prevent someone from hitching to your coupler.
If you prefer a coupler latch lock you can use # 2847DAT from Master Lock. This type of lock works with the trailer coupled or not.
