I think your hitches are wonderful and super easy to install. Your on line instructions/video are spot on. Took me 1 hour to install with 1 other person, taking our time. I love the fish wire you provided for the bolts, they made the job quick and easy. I will highly recommend your hitches to others!

I have now purchased 2 different vehicle hitches and 2 bike racks over the last 3 years. The service and order follow up have been top notch for every transaction. The one time I needed to call in for advice, it was handled quickly and professionally. SUPER happy dealing with your team!
Was very impressed with the hitch and the service when ordering. The documentation was also very helpful. From a previous review I found it very helpful to have a second pair of hands. The only other thing I would suggestion I would have is to be clear that this can be installed without removing the rear middle portion of the bumper by working the bumper (with two people) up behind the tail pipes and then into place. Very happy with it.

We have used this hitch with a cargo basket and its perfect. I have also towed my 5X9 utility trailer, hauling bags of mulch. The hitch looks great and I wouldnt hesitate to use it to haul within its limits. Very happy with this hitch.
